Product Design & UX · Brand Identity & Visual Design
A visual identity that stays recognizable everywhere
We build brand systems, not one-off logos: a mark with responsive lockups, a defined color and type hierarchy, and usage rules that keep your identity consistent whether it lands on a pitch deck, an app icon, or a billboard.

The brief
Brand identity built as a system, not a single logo
A logo is where a brand starts, not where it ends. We define the full kit — primary and responsive marks, a color palette with accessible contrast pairings, a typographic scale, and the do's and don'ts that keep everyone applying it the same way long after we hand it over.
A logo, palette, and typographic system that hold together across your product, site, and every touchpoint after.
Instant recognition
A consistent mark, palette, and type across every touchpoint means people recognize you before they read your name.
Faster asset creation
Clear usage rules and a defined visual system let your team produce on-brand materials without redesigning the basics each time.
A brand that ages well
A logo with responsive lockups and a flexible palette holds up across new channels, formats, and campaigns without a rebrand.

The rollout
From character to a system that ships
Define the character first
What the brand should stand for and feel like gets settled before a single mark gets drawn.
Design the mark
The logo, responsive lockups, and icon variants get developed to carry the identity at every size.
Build the full system
Color, type, and application rules turn a mark into an identity that works across every touchpoint.
Document, then hand off
Guidelines and templates ship so the brand stays consistent long after the project ends.

Why choose us
Why teams choose Flaidex for brand identity
Six reasons teams keep coming back, from how research shapes decisions to what actually ships in the handoff.
Research before design
We study your users and their tasks first, so every screen answers a real problem your customers have.
Design tied to your brand
Interfaces carry your voice and identity while staying clear enough that people know what to do at a glance.
Built for how products work
We design dashboards, flows, and edge cases around your real engineering constraints, so the mockups can actually be built.
Clear, on-schedule delivery
You get one point of contact, defined milestones, and decisions explained in plain terms as the work moves.
Focused on outcomes
We validate the work against the tasks it has to support, so what ships actually moves your product forward.
Handoff your team can build
Annotated specs, defined states, and edge-case notes let your engineers build from the design without a meeting.
Why work with us
Why Work With Flaidex
We design for the people using the product. Once we understand your audience, we can shape interfaces that feel natural, work reliably, and support your growth without adding complexity.
Grounded in real use
We design around how your users actually behave, so flows hold up in the messy middle of real work as well as in a demo.
Clarity over decoration
Interfaces stay clean and modern, but usability and task speed come first, so people finish what they came to do.
SaaS and systems experience
We work in dashboards, permissions, and multi-step workflows every day, and design that complexity down to something simple.
Aligned with your team
We build alongside your product and engineering teams, so each design fits your roadmap, constraints, and stack.
Made to scale
Components and design systems are structured to grow with your product, keeping later updates consistent and quick.
Simpler workflows
We take long or confusing processes apart and rebuild them into clear, efficient journeys with fewer dead ends.

Questions
What clients ask
What's the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is a single mark; a brand identity is the whole system it lives inside — the responsive lockups, color palette, typographic scale, and the rules for applying them. A logo alone tends to fall apart the moment it needs to work as an app icon, a favicon, and a conference banner. The system is what keeps it coherent across all of those.
Will the brand work across print, screen, and product UI?
That's the point of designing it as a system. We define contrast-checked color pairings and a type scale that hold up on a phone screen and a printed page, plus application guidance for decks, social, and the product interface itself. The identity shouldn't look like a different company depending on where it lands.
Do you provide brand guidelines my team can follow?
Yes. You get a guidelines document with usage rules, clear-space and sizing specs, do's and don'ts, and real application examples. It exists so that a marketer, a developer, and an outside vendor all apply the brand the same way without asking us each time.
How do you make sure the colors are accessible?
We build the palette with contrast in mind, pairing text and background colors that meet accessibility thresholds so type stays legible for everyone, including users with low vision. Accessible pairings are documented in the guidelines so nobody accidentally ships pale-grey text on white later.
What file formats and assets do I receive?
You get the logo in vector and raster formats at the sizes your channels need, the icon variants, the type and color specifications, and editable templates for the recurring materials your team produces. The handoff is meant to let you create on-brand assets independently, not come back for every export.
