Your agents, kept sharp every month
AI in production drifts: prompts go stale, edge cases pile up, models change. We monitor, tune, and improve your agents on a predictable monthly cadence, so they get better after launch instead of quietly worse.
Monitor & fix
Quality and cost watched; small issues fixed as they surface.
Tune
Prompts and knowledge refreshed against real conversations.
Review
A plain-language report on outcomes and what's next.
Level up
Model upgrades and new capabilities as they land.
AI Agents & Automation
AI you don't maintain gets worse, not better
An agent that's perfect on launch day has drifted by month three. Your menu changes, your policies change, the underlying models change, and the edge cases you didn't see coming start to add up. Without someone owning it, quality erodes quietly, and you hear about it from a customer.
A managed plan treats your agent like the product it is: monitored, measured, and improved on a schedule you can count on.
Owned, not just watched
It won't quietly rot
Prompts go stale, models change, edge cases pile up. We catch drift before your customers ever feel it.
It keeps getting better
Every month we tune against real conversations, so quality trends up instead of slowly sliding.
Someone owns it
A named team is accountable for your agents. Not a ticket queue, and never "best effort."
What the plan actually covers
Always-on monitoring
Quality, cost, and latency watched in real time, with alerts the moment something moves the wrong way.
Monthly tuning
Prompts, knowledge, and models refreshed against real conversations as your business and data change.
Guardrails maintained
Escalation rules, safety checks, and evaluations kept current so the agent stays on the rails.
A plain-language report
What the agent handled, what improved, and what we're changing next. Every month, in plain language.
Knowledge upkeep
New policies, menus, pricing, and FAQs folded in so answers never go out of date.
Priority fixes
Something off? It gets triaged and fixed fast, with clear response times instead of "we'll look into it."
Every kind of agent you run
Voice agents
Phone agents answering, booking, and ordering.
Chat agents
Site and messaging agents qualifying and supporting.
Automations
Multi-step workflows running across your tools.
Knowledge assistants
Private assistants answering from your own data.
Recent work in this space
From kickoff to all systems healthy
Onboarding
In progress
Your agents are connected to the monitor and a quality baseline is recorded from real traffic.
Baseline set
Measuring
Escalation rate, cost, and answer quality are scored against real conversations, never guessed.
Tuning live
Improving
The first round of prompt and knowledge tuning ships, targeted at what the baseline actually found.
All systems healthy
Healthy
Then the monthly cadence takes over: monitored, tuned, and reported on, on a schedule you can count on.
What actually changes once someone owns it
An agent left alone doesn't fail loudly. It drifts. Answers go slightly stale, a guardrail stops matching a policy that changed, and costs climb with usage nobody is watching. Ownership turns each of those from something a customer discovers into something caught on schedule.
- Drift caught before customers feel it
- Quality trends up, not down
- Guardrails never go stale
- Costs stay efficient as usage grows
- Answers never fall out of date
- Issues triaged fast, never left in a queue
The release is signed
A named team, not a ticket queue
Nothing runs on "best effort." Someone is accountable for your agents, response times are in writing, and you can cancel any month. We'll hand over documentation and access cleanly.
Clear terms, no surprises
What every plan gives you
A retainer is easy to describe and hard to hold anyone to, so these are written as terms, not intentions. The named owner carries the weight: monitoring, response times, and the improvement plan all depend on someone whose job it is to notice.
- 01A named owner accountable for your agents
- 02Real-time monitoring with proactive alerts
- 03Clear response times for issues, in writing
- 04A monthly report and improvement plan
- 05Transparent model and usage costs
- 06Cancel anytime, with no lock-in
Questions
What people ask about the plan
Do you only manage agents you built?
We prefer to, because we know how they're wired. But we can take over agents built elsewhere after a short audit to understand and document how they work.
What counts as 'tuning'?
Refining prompts and instructions, updating the knowledge the agent draws on, adjusting escalation and guardrails, and testing changes against real conversations before they go live.
How do you measure quality?
We build evaluation sets from real interactions and score the agent against them, alongside live signals like escalation rate, resolution, and customer feedback. You see the numbers every month.
What are the response times if something breaks?
They're set in your plan and put in writing. Critical issues are triaged immediately; smaller changes follow a predictable cadence so nothing lingers.
Who pays for the model usage?
Model and infrastructure costs are passed through transparently, and part of what we do each month is keep those costs efficient as usage grows.
Can we cancel?
Yes, anytime. It's a monthly plan with no lock-in, and we'll hand over documentation and access cleanly if you ever bring it in-house.
